Little Mischievous Cloud – Poem, tale.

Little Mischievous Cloud
By Diana Arco

I wake up in the morning
And through the window
The light of the sun
My face is touching,
And still feeling sleepy
I spot it again,
That little cloud
Fooling around up there.

Happy and free
I’ve noticed the little one
Playing joyfully with the wind.
Lovely gentle from the sky
You make me smile.
You’re giving me a moment
Of piece right here in my life.

Then latter in the afternoon,
After having lunch,
I look up to the sky one more time
And I can’t find
What my eyes are looking for,
From all the clouds in the sky,
My dearest one is missing.

Little mischievous cloud,
Where are you at?
Maybe chasing the sun
After doing the same
With the flighty moon
Last night.

Little mischievous cloud,
Loving from beyond.
Where are you at?
You cannot speak
But I’ve been able to learn
To love you like that
For love always find the way
When love holds your heart.

And then,
My little mischievous cloud appears,
Letting me know I’ve been listened.
Promising me to never leave me
For the love between us is strong
No matter that for the moment
We cannot hug.

So you can’t temper me mad,
You, sunny side up…
The one who steals
A ray of wisdom
Every morning
To share it with me.
You, moon’s light knight…
The one who steals
A star every night
To give it to me.

The Poetry Tale Of The Two Souls – Poem

The Poetry Tale Of The Two Souls.
By Diana Arco.

This is the poetry tale
Of two particular souls
That once upon a time met
In a place they only know.

So, let me start by telling you
That for the purposes of this writing,
I’m calling “Red” to one character
And “Yellow” to the other.

Then we begin with…

Once upon a time,
Two beautiful souls met
Under a huge and welcoming tree,
Under the sun and the caressing wind.

Both smiled to each other
As shy as they could be,
In a moment of confusion
But excitement within.

‘I”am Red” He said gentle.
“I’am Yellow” She said in a whisper.
While both were shaking hands
And looking at each other’s faces.

“This is a place I enjoy visiting.
I’ve never seen you before”
Said Red excited
“I’am used to my own solitude.”

“I’ve just discovered it,
Few moments ago.
I hope I’am not trespassing.
Should I go?” Asked yellow concerned.

Red shakes his head,
And with a safe: “No”
He held the hand of his new friend
To invited her to look around.

The song of the birds,
The blue sky,
That mountains high,
The dancing grass.

The colorful flowers,
The clear river,
The dancing fishes,
The light of the sun.

You just can imagine
How much fun,
When time went fast
And the night arrived at last.

So the moon and the stars,
The crickets and their melodies,
The echoing wind,
The serenity and wonder.

Both knew each other,
And had such a wonderful time.
Both were greatful,
And decided to meet again next day.

So as excited as she was,
Yellow arrived punctual.
And under the beautiful tree,
She waited for her Red.

But hours went by
And no signs of him.
Yellow wrote a note
And left it inside their tree.

“Thank you for the other day,
I’am grateful for our meeting.
I felt such love and freedom,
I’am myself and my heart beating.”

Yellow came back the other day
And no signs of her Red, again.
She took her hand where she left the note,
And pulled another piece of paper within.

“Sorry I didn’t make it,
I have no excuse.
You’re a lovely lady.
Let’s keep in touch.”

And so, both developed
A singular communication.
Where in the magnificence of the place
They used to wrote to each other a letter.

Both accepted this new adventure
With gladness and a positive attitude.
Writing poetry to a dearest one
Makes wonders to the heart.

But under the same and beautiful tree,
Days and nights became years.
And no matter Yellow’s pleas,
Red didn’t appear.

Until one day,
And after so long,
There he was, under the tree.
Red was waiting for her.

She ran to him and hugs him
With all the love in herself,
And finally her “I Love You”
Came out from her lips.

He finally hugs her
With all the love in himself,
And finally his “I Love You More”
Came out from his lips as well.

They walked together all day,
Enjoying their beautiful landscape
That witness their lives,
And then she remembered what he told her once.

“I’am used to my own solitude.”
Those words echoed in her heart with love.
She understood she had to win the trust
Of such amazing and worth waiting soul.

Poem to “Mr. Ignorance” and “Mr. Knowledge” as characters.

knowledge-ignorance

Greetings, everyone! 🙂

I’m back to you today with a new poem.
This one is about “The Ignorance” and “The Knowledge”, but here you have me transforming them into characters, ghosts.
One is the shadow that is always haunting, and the other is the light that is always embracing.

So, you can take this poem of mine like it was a short tale that I’am taking the freedom to share with you today.

Mr. Ignorance
And
Mr. Knowledge.
By Diana Arco.

Here you are both of you
Floating invisible right by my side,
Like two ghosts fighting against each other.
One of you haunts me without mercy,
The other embraces me with all the light of the world.

Here you are both of you.
Since I go to bed at nights
When I wake up in the morning
And between time.
You are waiting for the right moment to act.

Mr. Ignorance,
That’s your name.
You are just using all that you can
To make me fall into your cloak and dagger hands.
I just can’t avoid your mysterious ways.

Mr. Knowledge,
That’s your name.
You are my perfect and well dressed heroe,
The one embracing me with encourage eager,
Taking me to the truth in my existence.

So I can see… This is the eternal battle
Between two powerful enemies.
Mr. Ignorance is not a bliss for me.
Mr. Knowledge is the one my heart is beating for
To win the situation when the time is here.

But, they can’t deny one truth.
They are those eternal friends
Depending one on the another.
Without ignorance there will not be any knowledge.
How could I solve each puzzle?

So, I thank you both of you,
My dear gentlemen.
I owe you my tears and my smiles.
You both affect directly into my heart and soul
Every time I got myself into a new phase in my life.

Sincerely,
Diana.

🙂 All the light, life, love, and freedom from the heart and soul. ❤
