“Believe” – Poem

Greetings, Everyone!
I’m back to you with a poem that I wrote about this amazing word “Believe”. I’m sharing my own experience in here. I’ve been able to enjoy such blessings in my life, and those didn’t arrived to me from “out of the blue”, neither by a “coincidence.” I chose to “believe” I deserve these gifts, blessings, and I sent away all my fears and doubts, my ignorance.

Believe

There is an explosion from the heart.
The choice of such powerful light,
It’s the one that is telling you
To believe anything is possible now.

It’s the inspiration that it’s alive
When the right time arrives,
Waking you up from that dream of ignorance.
Be love – be smart – believe in yourself.

Under the clear sky of your own treasures,
The trees of your dancing winds,
And the sun and the moon of your ideals…
believe, believe, and believe.

There is no room for doubts and fears,
Those walls are falling down from the existance
Of that reality of pain and misunderstandings.
Believe is picking up the broken pieces from the past.

The sparkling dots of awareness,
Going up and down, and everywhere.
Today the difference is dancing
To the rhythm believing song from the heart and soul.

Short poems for writers – Writing affirmations.

Greetings, Everyone! 🙂

I’m here today to talk to you about the power of “affirmations.”

But, what’s an affirmation?
“An affirmation is a repeated statement that is either spoken aloud, thought or written down. Affirmations can dramatically alter the direction of our life through the programming of our beliefs, self-talk and self concepts.” Yes, but you gotta mean it, not just repeat the words over and over. You gotta let your heart and soul to take control, and you’ll see how good does it feels, and how amazing it is because this exercise from the consciouness really works.

I wrote short poems that I use myself to inspire me, to open myself, and to help me to enjoy better my hours of writing. These are my vitamins, my orange juices, and yes, my good meals for the soul.

I’m taking the freedom to share some of them with you… my precious gems of joy and inspiration.

“Under the sky of my imagination
The ray of light comes down,
Forming the words and shapes
For my tale to take place now.”

“Just this space for me
To keep molding it with love.
The flowers and the trees
The wind that blows
All my thoughts free.”

“I know I have to let her out each day.
She is here with me all the time…
But when she runs
I always catch her.”

You’re the master of your tale.”

You could write your own short poems – affirmations – in “post it notes” to have them around you. Write them down anywhere you feel comfortable: journals, notebooks, a magnetic board.

Ohhh, one more “light” in here…
Smile and have fun because when you really enjoy doing something, when you really do things with love, it’s when your best always comes out.

My Dear Journal – Thouths and Poem.

Hi, Everyone! 🙂

I’m here with you today with this need that I have to talk to you – with my poetry style, of course -about how important it is (at least it is for me) to have a journal close where I can write ideas, thoughts, quotes, even dreams. Also where if I see an article that I like from a magazine, newspaper, or if I get a written message from a relative or a friend, and a concert ticket… I just glue it right away on my journal’s pages to read them all over again.
I even have a journal where I write my all time favorite poems from my favorite writers.
I must say that I’am a journal collector and I haven’t used them all, but I know someday I’ll pick one and I’ll use it the best way I can… it’s just not writing on it, it’s enjoying the discovering of a new land, a new character, a new tale, now that I’am an author about to get published, I’am taking out all my journals and making choices for my next title.
And now, in a deep personal way, writing on a journal it’s having one on one communication with your own soul and heart…I’ve been able to find “practicaly myself” “what I really want in my life to manifest, to achieve” in the pages I write. Each journal it’s just an amazing adventure for me, not an itimidating white page that frustrates me and don’t let me be. Writing it’s one of my all time life’s pleasures.
I feel the need and the love to share with you that I write every single day to the man I love..it’s something that I really have the need to do because I’am also sending him all my love within my words. Even if I write the same words “I Love You” and “Thank You” over and over again…”trust me”…there are words that we always need to express and to listen to. It doesn’t matter how many times we write them, we are never “full” to keep eating them, savouring them, and always wanting more and more because those are not empty words, those are the life of the one who wrote them… at least is what I’ve been experiencing myself.

My Dear Journal.

I saw you one day and I couldn’t help it,
I felt that sparkle need to take you home with me.
I saw your inviting cover and your temptimg white pages.
My soul’s inspiration would give a good use to your existence.

I took you home and I only made it to the kitchen.
I didn’t bothered to get a coffee or tea.
I found my pen and I started to write right away on you.
My name, my initials, and your arrival’s date first.

My hand was flying free on you.
I was enjoying the moment,
Me…such a passionate writer
That cannn’t live without expression.

The ink of the pen will always run out
but never the writer’s imagination.
The pencil will disappear
but never the writer’s love.

My dear journal.
You’re always waiting for me.
Alive, so full of my knowledge
and also with my ignorance.

Yes, it’s all mine…
It’s my right choice and my fault.
I’m an angel and a devil,
but I’am always at home.

My fun experience in making a short animation!

I’m back with you to share a fun experiment I did few months ago. I love to experiment, and when I feel the inspiration, I just find some time and I go for it.

I did a short animation!

So, yep, it took me a few months and like 400 drawings… but I had so much fun doing this.
“Who’s behind that wall?” came to life!

Guido – The Composer.
“You’re so sad, dear Guido.
The inspiration hasn’t visit you for a while.
You’ve been missing the joys of love
And you don’t care to play your violin and smile.”
– Waiting for a change of heart in need of acceptance and freedom from the soul
Key Words: To let go of the past and embrace the present.

The Flycatcher – As himself – Inspiration.
“Such a small bird, a gift from the sky.
Your natural talent it’s a mighty giant of delight.
But you are tired of flying alone.
You’re in search of a pure soul to own.”
– This is what it is… is it? What is real? Is it real?
Key Words: – Loneliness – Anger – Courage – Ego.

Alleta – Guido’s daughter.
“Beautiful girl blessed with youth.
Enchanted lady with passion
From the heart and soul.
Your spirit is light and kind.”
– Waiting for the love to arrive to her life.
Key Words: Open – Positive – responsible. Pure, love.

Nero – The lover and stranger – The visitor.
“Who is this handsome young man?
He is making Alleta’s heart to beat fast.
It’s like his soul met hers once upon a time
And they were meant to find each other again to fall in love.”
– A man who is willing to sacrifice his life to experience true love.
Key Words: The uninvited, the far away visitor that shouldn’t be here.

The Hunchback Lady – The wise and funny old one.
“She just go where the wind takes her.
Someone is always needing her advice and help.
Such a strange and mysterious old lady.
Observer and keeper of magic’s ancient secrets.
– A helping hand when you need her the most. That person who arrives to your life with wisdom from the heart and soul, some ignorance, and laughs too.
Key Words: -The observer – The knower – the old ways.

Write with love… Even when you are not writing a romance novel.

I’m back to you with a new poem that I took the freedom to write about:

“Write with love… Even when you are not writing a romance novel.”

I write every single day,
The joy that I can’t deny it,
My time and my space I embrace…
It’s me the one who is behind of my universe.
The creator, the villain, the healer, my own heroe…
I’am not asking for any permission,
I follow my insticts.

I’am the poetess of my own craft.
I don’t care in my present writings
About signs, exclamations, and stops.
I’ll do that later, when I have to,
For all my attention goes to my inspiration,
For my words to flow as free as the beating of my heart
Dancing to the rhythm of my own song.

When you write with love,
Even if you are fantasy or horror,
It is when you open the door
To what you are really looking for.
It’s that perception that you’re experiencing now,
The illusion that you make it come true.
You are forming moving pictures inside your mind.

You write what you write.
I don’t believe you have a hollow for a heart,
And I’m sorry if you choose to be one…when you have the choice.
So I’am telling you again,
By experience I say,
Write with all your love
Even when you are not writing a romance novel.

I’m pretty new doing this (a month and two weeks) and I’ve been learning a lot. I must thank my publisher Ms. Quesinberry http://www.donnaink.org/ and all my new friends and followers for such amazing tips they’ve been sharing with me to make more enjoyable my “social media” adventure… because this is what it is, at least it is for me… an adventure. I’am having such a blast so far, and I’am looking forward for more surprises, and challenges, to come.

My debut title “The Composer and The Flycatcher” it’s scheduled to get published in September this year in ebook and print formats. I’am so happy and grateful for this opportunity. My dream is coming true.
You see lots of books around the world, and you – as a reader – I bet you struggle sometimes with yourself to choose the ones you are going to take home with you. This happens to me too.
Maybe some people is not aware about it, but there is a whole “history” behind each book, behind each writer, because not all what the writer writes finds a place in a shelf… that place it’s gold, it’s a medal itself for each one of us, writers, in all the world. So, I’m here in the internet while I’am waiting for my book to arrive…and yes, I’am going to be here “with you” as well after that. This is just the beginning of the road.

I’am a writer
But I’am a reader first.
I wrote a fantasy tale
In my own beautiful poetic form,
The one I wished myself
To find in a shelf.
I had my manuscript ready
To send it where it belongs.
I experienced rejections,
But I believe we all been there before.
I found a publisher who believes in me,
In what I wrote.
We are together in this adventure
Working to achieve what we deserve.
I was told to make myself present
Right there in the internet world,
“You are a writer about to get published.
Now it’s time for you to make some noise.”
I’ve been here since that moment of awareness
Sharing, giving, doing all the best I can.
You’re more than welcome to follow me,
To pick me up when you find me out there.
We both have the light within us,
The writer and the reader experience
In our time of expression.
That need from the soul to deliver a joy,
The magic of this neverending way of communication,
The word.

Whatever you wish to write – Poem.

 

Hello, Everyone! 🙂

 

I’am back to you today with another post.   This one it’s about “Writing whatever you wish for” when you are in your manuscript process… and since my voice it’s “Poetry”, this is the way I’am taking the freedom to use to reach you.

So, here we go…

“Whatever you wish to write”

There you are with the inspiration coming from your heart and soul,

Your will is guiding your hands.

Then you realize you’re one with all,

Walking yourself free, here and there,

Descovering and conquering your new world.

That land of  infinite possibilities

Where anything comes, stay, and goes.

 

You can be in an enchanted forest.

Or cast away in an island,

Maybe in a spaceship  far away in a galaxy,

And lose yourself in its splendor,

Beauty and expression of shapes, colors, smells, and textures.

 

But what a lonely place will be for you

Without  your characters and all their situations.

One by one they are starting to appear before your eyes,

You meet and greet everyone…

And take notes about them

like if you were interviewing a rock or a movie star.

 

There is always the hero, the good, the beautiful and handsome one.

There is always the ugly, the bad, the mean and ignorant

The ones to choose to go to the right or wrong path.

There is always love and hate

Happiness and sadness

Good vs evil

Anything, everything…

And at the end…

It’s your message the one that you deliver.

 

My dear writer and friend,

You will always have the  satisfaction,

That eternal smile in your face,

That time will never fade away,

Where you felt the freedom, the joy,

The ways of the creator in yourself,

To write whatever you wish

To give life to your tale.
